From 1992 to 1999, I wrote, produced, and directed several TV spots for clients such as Guthy-Renker, the SuperSoaker, Lenox Collections, The Select Network, and the Silhouettes Catalog.

The following frames are from a 1997 campaign for The Select Network, a dating service that was using segmented spots to appeal to different market segments. This spot, Beatnik, was a loving parody of GenX poetry slam.
